BMW

I find stuff when I'm out running. I find car wheel trims often but badges rarely. Here's a small metal BMW badge which must have fallen off one. I've stuck it onto an acrylic painting.

I found 47 different slang definitions for BMW and some are: Baby Making Wheels, Bad Man's Wagon, Best Man Wins, Beautiful Masterpiece on Wheels and Beastly Monstrous Wonder. I didn't know it meant Bayerische Motoren Werke or - in rough English - Bavarian Engine Works Company. The white and blue design reflects the blue and white pattern on the flag of Bavaria where the company was born (they originally made planes.)

Anyway I had a round canvas and I had a round BMW badge. I got out some paint and a small trowel and got spreading away to make a big badge. I glued on the metal badge and it was quickly finished. Do you know anyone with a BMW who might like it as a present? I can post it off tomorrow after I've been up to the allotments.
